Who we are
Nidus is a product of Solidteam Marketing Services SL (CIF B67391318), Pere IV, 105-106, 08018 Barcelona, getnidus.com. This entity is the data controller for personal data collected through the Nidus marketing website.
This notice does not cover the processing of clinic or patient data inside the Nidus platform, which is governed by the data processing agreement signed with each customer.

What we collect
When you submit the “Talk to sales” form we collect the details you provide: your name, work email, and optionally your clinic or group name, role, region, number of sites, the systems you run, and any message. We also record the time of submission and the source page.
We do not use this website to collect patient data, and you should not submit patient data through it.
Why we use it (legal basis)
We use these details solely to respond to your enquiry and to prepare and follow up on a commercial conversation. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to a business request you initiated, and steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract.
We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who processes it
Your submission is stored on our infrastructure provider (Supabase) and may trigger a notification email through an email provider (Resend). These act as processors on our behalf under appropriate data-processing terms. For EU enquiries we keep data within the EU where feasible.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data only as long as needed to handle your request and our commercial relationship, and then delete or anonymise it in line with our retention schedule.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interest. To exercise any right, email info@getnidus.com. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
